Señorial Lunch
The House Lunch is an intimate experience inside the Château, conceived to understand the spirit of the place through its original way of welcoming.
The proposal begins with a guided tour of the house, its architecture, and its heritage. Then, in the main dining room, a five-course menu of landscape-driven cuisine is served, paired with Ancón’s high-altitude wines.
An unhurried lunch where table, space, and wine coexist with natural coherence.
The Garden Table
The Garden Table offers an open-air lunch in direct contact with the Estancia’s landscape and the rhythm of the day.
The meal is served around the Winespot and built from garden vegetables, breads, casseroles, and dishes meant for sharing. The cooking prioritizes fresh produce and simple preparations.
An open, flexible, and relaxed table, designed for eating well and lingering a little longer.


Dinner in Time
Dinner in Time takes place in the Château’s main dining room and offers a contemporary reading of the family tradition.
The table is set with original tableware and antique glassware. The menu revisits historic dishes, reinterpreted with modern technique and accompanied by selected Ancón wines.
An intimate, composed dinner where history is expressed through service and flavor.
Fire Banquet
Fire Banquet is an evening experience centered on cooking over open flame and gathering around the table.
The menu is built around meats and vegetables worked over the fire, with direct, precise preparations. The fire sets the rhythm of the meal.
Depending on the weather, the experience takes place outdoors or indoors. A warm, shared dinner, free of artifice.
