The proposal begins with a guided tour of the house, its architecture, and its heritage. Then, in the main dining room, a five-course menu of landscape-driven cuisine is served, paired with Anc\u00f3n\u2019s high-altitude wines.<\/p>\n

The Garden Table<\/b><\/h1><\/div>

The Garden Table offers an open-air lunch in direct contact with the Estancia\u2019s landscape and the rhythm of the day.<\/p>\n

The meal is served around the Winespot and built from garden vegetables, breads, casseroles, and dishes meant for sharing. The cooking prioritizes fresh produce and simple preparations.<\/p>\n

An open, flexible, and relaxed table, designed for eating well and lingering a little longer.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Dinner in Time<\/b><\/h1><\/div>

Dinner in Time takes place in the Ch\u00e2teau\u2019s main dining room and offers a contemporary reading of the family tradition.<\/p>\n

The table is set with original tableware and antique glassware. The menu revisits historic dishes, reinterpreted with modern technique and accompanied by selected Anc\u00f3n wines.<\/p>\n

Fire Banquet<\/b>
\n<\/strong><\/p><\/h1><\/div>

Fire Banquet is an evening experience centered on cooking over open flame and gathering around the table.<\/p>\n

The menu is built around meats and vegetables worked over the fire, with direct, precise preparations. The fire sets the rhythm of the meal.<\/p>\n

Depending on the weather, the experience takes place outdoors or indoors. A warm, shared dinner, free of artifice.<\/p>\n<\/div>
