The grand garden was designed by the renowned French landscapist Carlos Thays, adjacent to the vineyards. In addition to strolling, you can participate in tastings featuring wines from our winery and explore our vineyards in a recently restored English “Break.” Walking tours are an excellent option to explore the walnut groves of the estate.

The landscape invites you to venture further within our estate, with visits to the vineyards either on horseback or in a vintage carriage. You can also choose a 4×4 expedition, go hiking, and enjoy the countryside. We’ll invite you to learn about our black Aberdeen Angus cattle production guided by our authentic Mendoza gauchos.

Among our options, you’ll find signature dishes inspired by home and countryside cooking, updated with international culinary techniques that highlight the best of each season. Our menu changes regularly, taking advantage of the products available during each season. This fusion ensures that the flavors of Château retain the regional identity of Cuyo and Argentina while integrating into the international palate.

Lunches are typically Argentinean, featuring a wide variety of gourmet dishes including red meats, homemade pasta, fresh vegetables, meticulous bread, and local specialties such as pickles, cured meats, and preserves. Dinners have an international character.

Desserts have an international touch with a French accent, and we offer a carefully curated wine list featuring wines from our own Estancia Ancón Winery and renowned wineries in the Valle de Uco

For breakfast and snacks, we serve a traditional and complete continental breakfast with meticulous attention to detail. Snacks include international pastries and local sweets, not forgetting the globally famous Argentine dulce de leche.
